We established Lift Up Connections to guide women and non-binary people navigating career and personal transitions to create a vision for their future. Expanding beyond traditional 1:1 coaching models, the councils provide participants with the community, friendship, peer support, and “lift” to confidently take action.

Webinars and Live Events

In our research interviewing women in transitional stages, one of the common themes was the feeling of isolation and loneliness.

At our webinars and events, we have intentionally crafted them to cultivate and facilitate authentic and deep conversations that are rare at a typical event. The topics and conversations focus on the challenges that matter the most to women at pivotal stages in their life.

Friendship and support systems don’t form overnight. We will hold these events on a regular basis to establish a strong community of like-minded and powerhouse non-binary people and women over time.

Connection Councils to Co-Create Your Next Act

We do a lot of things well. But things keep coming. Life always has challenges.

Many of us are asking, What’s next? What will I be doing in my next chapter? How can I contribute to the world in a way that aligns with my values and purpose?

We are not alone. The goal of the Connection Councils is to establish community and connection to co-create your next life chapters. We can figure things out together.
